Trevissome Park is easily accessible from the A390 (via Penstraze) and from the A30 (just off Chiverton Cross roundabout, take the exit marked NHS Clinics).

Reception hours
When the doors are open and somebody is at the desk. Session times are separate and narrower, so check the booking calendar for what is actually running.
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 to 11:30 and 16:30 to 20:30
- Saturday
- 08:30 to 13:30
- Sunday
- 09:30 to 12:30
Christmas and bank holidays vary. We post the changes on the booking calendar first.
Getting here
- Once on site, you can find us at The Hayloft, tucked in next to Cornwall Hideaways and adjacent to Sekhem Wellbeing.
- You can access Sekhem Sauna & Recovery by car, bus, bicycle or on foot.
- There is ample free parking on site.
- The 304 bus route drops you at the centre of Trevissome Park.
- There are good cycle routes (including dedicated cycle lanes) from Truro, Treliske Hospital, Threemilestone and St Agnes.
Groups, press and everything else
Groups
The sauna holds 8 people at a time. Up to 8 of you can book a session together, or hire the sauna privately, which takes the sauna, the cold water and the rest area. Email with the date, rough numbers and what the occasion is. Put “Group” in the subject line.
Press
Email with “Press” in the subject and we will send photography and the factual details. We do not run shoots during public sessions, so filming means booking the venue empty.
Your booking
Changes and cancellations go through the link in your confirmation email. If you have lost it, sign in with the address you booked with and your bookings are there. Terms are on the booking terms page.
