One credit is one place in one session, for one person. Credits cannot be split across multiple sessions or redeemed in part. Any session of up to 60 mins sauna and cold plunge use = one whole credit. Access to our relaxation suite is available during and/or immediately after your allocated session time/date and does not require additional credits.
Private Hire cannot be booked with credits and is paid for in the usual way.
Where cancellations are made with more than 24hrs notice, the session will be credited back to your multi-visit pass.
Where cancellations are made with less than 24hrs notice, one credit per booked session will be forfeited.

No, your multi-visit pass is allocated specifically to you. However, we certainly encourage enjoying your visit by attending with other guests who have their own multi-visit pass, gift card, membership or have booked a 'Drop-In Thermal Experience'.
