Loading gift cards
Type the code from the gift card email and the session credits go on your account, ready to book with. There is no password and nothing to set up first.
Or skip this: choose a session and type the code when you pay. The card pays for the booking there and then.
Codes are sixteen letters and numbers, in groups of four. We accept them with or without the dashes, and we read O as 0 and I as 1, because they look the same in most fonts.
Lost the email? Whoever bought it can send it again from their account, or ring 01872 487 173 and we will sort it.
